CHECK THAT HOUSE, LLC is licensed in the State of Illinois. We offer a free 100-day limited inspection warranty to all our buying and selling clients. The 100-day limited inspection warranty covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roof covering, kitchen appliances, hot water source, garage door opener,jetted bathtub, sump pump and structure. There are no deductible on these appliances if it ever happens to breakdown within the 100 days period. It will provide a payment for the covered costs to repair or replace the items listed in this warranty as being covered if any such items fail or become inoperable during the term of this warranty due to mechanical failure caused by routine wear and tear.   • Certified Indoor Air Quality Inspector
  • EPA certified

  • NACHI

I have 3 years of experience in this industry

I follow NACHI's and Illinois's Standards of Practices.

I fulfill at least 20 hours of continuing education every year.
